- Packaging – Private Label: Crafting your own brand? Do you have high requirements for aesthetics? Our team helps you design and procure packaging, even for small quantities. You get the best packaging prices through our longstanding partnerships with various packaging suppliers.
- Photos: we can support 3-5 high-quality, white background images for each product, free. Ready to upload on Amazon or any E-commerce platform hassle-free!
- Quality Assurance: Based on the AQL 2.5 Standard, we conduct a thorough examination by opening approximately 20-30% of cartons and randomly inspecting items within each carton. In the event of any defective products, we will skillfully negotiate with suppliers to address and resolve issues on your behalf. Additionally, we also can arrange to rectify defects at our warehouse before shipping the products out of Vietnam, if you accept our charge fee. By charging a competitive service fee, we can do unlimited inspection times until the defect issue is solved. In contrast, if you hire 3rd party inspection companies by yourself, they often charge $200-$300/manday, and moreover, these external services typically focus on problem reporting without helping in problem resolution. They tend to inspect only a limited number of products in each batch.
- Free of charge warehousing: Enjoy one month of free usage at our warehouse in HCM City. Take advantage of this period to send additional products, and we’ll assist in collecting and consolidating them into a shipment, optimizing your shipping costing. The warehouse fees will start from the second month, and the fee of $10 per cubic meter (CBM) applied.
- Efficient Shipping Support: We’ll find you the best shipping rates—courier (sea freight or air freight) in Vietnam. We handle getting your products to your warehouse or third-party centers for your request. Additionally, we will manage all the importing and exporting processes, and handle customs procedures.
